ERC Starting Grant awarded to Maksym Yarema
Maksym Yarema, senior scientist in our institute, has been awarded an ERC Starting Grant. He will become a new professor at D-ITET.
Congratulations to Maksym Yarema for his success in the round of ERC Starting Grants. In his ERC project, Maksym Yarema will study nanodimensional phase-change materials and memory devices prepared using low-cost, material-efficient, liquid-based fabrication processes.
As part of this ERC grant, Maksym Yarema will receive a professorship and build up a research group in the Institute of Electronics.
